Spinach Salad

From Mom:

Dressing:
3/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Blend well in blender. Makes alot. Use only 1/2 of the dressing for this amount of greens.
Cut and put into bowl in equal amounts: 1 head of Lettuce
1/2 lb. Spinach
Add:
1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
3/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small sliced onion (red)
3/4 lb grated Swiss cheese
At last minute add 1 cup Cottage cheese.
Toss to coat with dressing right before serving or serve dressing separately.
Note: Does not keep well after dressing has been added.
