Spaghetti Pie (or casserole)

This is super easy, calls for few ingredients & is really yummy. One of the best spaghetti pie recipes I've tried!

1/2 lb. sausage or hamburger browned (with the onion)
4 oz. cooked spaghetti (I use wheat, can't tell a difference & better for you too!)
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine 1 egg, parmesan cheese & butter. Stir in hot spaghetti. Press into a 9in. square pan. Combine cottage cheese & egg. Spread over noodles. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese.

I imagine you could freeze this & reheat/cook it later on? Not sure though. Let me know if anyone tries it!
