Joe's Valley Stew - Dutch Oven

In 12' Dutch oven:
Brown 1 lb.  Sirloin steak, cubed in 2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb baby carrots, sliced thick
1 large onion, chopped
10-15 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
Salt and Pepper
1 lb. uncooked link sausage cut in slices
Cook all in dutch oven for 1 hour or until veggie are tender.
Add shredded Cheddar Cheese on top, cover until cheese is melted and serve.
Great Camping Dinner

We prefer to add a can of cream of mushroom soup on ours, soooo good! And we half it.
